Honey Moon Special Overview
This combined package of the superb Northern Parks and beautiful Island of Zanzibar , is a romantic/fascinating holiday for all those newly weds. Start your safari with the beautiful Lake Manyara National Park located at the foot of the famous East African Rift Valley and is home to several types of species, which can be viewed throughout the year. Lake Manyara is the perfect park to use as a stepping-stone on the way to Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Serengeti is the most popular wildlife sanctuary in the world, fantastic in its natural beauty and unequalled in its scientific value. The Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks, are the most published game reserves in the world and justifiably so. The floor of the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater is even more densely packed with large mammals and the best place in East Africa to see the endangered black rhino.
While the idea is to use the Zanzibar connection in your safari as a cooling off period after the dusty safaris in the mainland, and what better way to do this than to laze on the golden sandy beaches facing the clear blue waters of the Indian Ocean that Zanzibar perfectly offers. There are many beautiful beaches on the East and west coast where one can just relax and forget about what is happening in the rest of the world.
We are going to suggest specific lodges/hotels that cater for newly weds and provide special facilities for honeymoon couples.

08:00 Depart for Tarangire National Park for a morning game drive.
12:30 Lunch at Lodge or Camp. During the dry season, Tarangire is spectacular in its concentration of wildlife. Many of the migratory species come back to permanent waters of the Tarangire River , from which the park derives its name. Large herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, eland, and oryx gather until the beginning of the rains when they migrate to other areas for grazing.
16:00 Afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park . Dinner and overnight at a lodge or camp in Tarangire.

08:00 Proceed to Ngorongoro for lunch. Afternoon crater tour. Ngorongoro Crater. Ngorongoro was an active volcano some eight million years ago, whose cone collapsed, leaving a crater. This is the second largest extinct crater in the world. Here you may see a spectacular concentration of wildlife, including the big five and also enjoy viewing a variety of birdlife.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge on the crater rim.

08:00 Depart for Serengeti via Olduvai Gorge . Lunch at the Lodge in Serengeti.
16:00 Afternoon game drive in Serengeti Park . Here can be found the largest concentration of plain animals: 4 million and 500 species of birds. Your chance to see predators chasing their prey and enjoying their kill.
Dinner and overnight at the Lodge in Serengeti.

06:30 Early morning game drive around the Lodge.
10:00 Collect lunch boxes and depart for a full day game viewing.
17:00 Return to the Lodge in Serengeti for dinner and overnight.

08:00 After breakfast, have a morning game drive in Manyara Park.
Drive back to Arusha and connect flight to Zanzibar and transfer to a Stone Town Hotel.
Overnight in Stone Town.

Depart from the hotel for a visit of the Historical Town. Lunch at the Old Arab Fort. Afternoon at leisure.
Late Afternoon depart from the hotel for a sunset cruise along Stone Town Waterfront.
Stop at Forodhani garderns for a glance of the evening life.
Dinner at Blues Restaurant.
Overnight in Stone Town.
