| Your home at Greystoke Mahale is one of only six double tents, with thatched roofs, which are tucked away beneath the palms along the edge of the beach. Stepping inside you will find a stylish & comfortable space adorned with local fabrics and crisp sheets. As the sun sinks slowly into the horizon, there’s nothing better than a refreshing swim in the lake before heading to the large, covered dining area to catch up with the other guests or simply relax and read a book from the small library.
Activities: Chimp tracking, snorkelling, fishing, swimming, sundowners on the dhow. Chimp trekking can be strenuous - clients should be able to walk comfortably for min 3hrs, sometimes over steep terrain. Suitable clothing & walking boots are essential. |

Nkungwe Luxury Tented Camp |
| The camp is situated on the shores of Lake Tanganyika, with the magnificent Mahale Mountains chain and Nkungwe peak as the backdrop. Tents are made of heavy-duty canvas with zip down gauze windows and roll-up flap doors. Each unit consists of 2 wooden beds with firm mattress, desk, chair, bedside lamp and clothes rack. All tents are ensuite, and are raised on wooden platforms offering unhindered views of the lake and sunset. |
